The night before Christmas Eve in 2019 Jessie and Dylan found themselves at a karaoke bar celebrating a mutual friend's birthday. While there they duetted "Baby It's Cold Outside" and from there everything seemed to fall into place. After dating for several months and traveling back and forth to visit each other, it was time to minimize the gap and travel time. Jessie accepted a job in San Francisco, CA, two hours from where Dylan was living in Sacramento, CA. Once again the stars aligned and Dylan found he was being moved to SF by his job. The two moved in with each other and their favorite good boy, Lennon. After exploring the Bay Area for a couple of years, the two moved back to their hometown of Jeffersonville, IN and now enjoy their home in the river town surrounded by the best friends and family.

03/23/23 - Dylan planned a surprise proposal in New York City. After getting off the plane to two traveled to their hotel where it was staged with a beautiful floral arrangement, champagne, candy and a heartfelt handwritten note. By the time Jessie figured out what was going on, she found Dylan down on one knee. The two spent the remainder of their trip celebrating with friends and exploring the city.
